Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Milk n' Coffee: Words to Wear, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our apparel is printed on demand, we appreciate your understanding that our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they enter production. Once your order has begun production, we are unable to cancel or make changes, including changes to the design, color, size, or shipping address.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Returns & Exchanges

Since each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Preference for a different color or design

  • Buyer's remorse

Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect due to our fulfillment error

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

We cannot offer returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

  • Normal variations in color due to different screen displays

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Requests made outside the applicable claim period

Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Milk n' Coffee is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided during checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be reshipped.
